How It Works
- Enter your name and email.
- Choose your session, mentor and time (Sydney time).
- Pay to confirm your booking.
- Email your questions or concerns to admin@amcmentor.com.au, with your name and booking date and time. Attach your CV or exam feedback where relevant.
- Join using your emailed link — be ready 10 minutes early.
⚠ Before You Book — Read Carefully
Payment & Rescheduling
- Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled by candidates, except where required by applicable law. Check your availability before paying.
- If your mentor needs to reschedule, we’ll email you to arrange an alternative time.
Timing & Session Rules
- All booking times follow Sydney time. Check your booking confirmation and convert it to your local time.
- Join from a quiet location with a stable internet connection and working microphone.
- Be ready 10 minutes early and use your emailed meeting link.
- Sessions last 45 minutes from the scheduled start. Late arrival reduces your available time.
Topics & Follow-Up Sessions
- One topic per booking: Your questions must relate to your selected session. Separate topics require separate bookings.
- Detailed concerns or additional questions may require a paid follow-up.
- Book with the same mentor at the regular price shown on the website.
- Email “Continuation of my previous session” with your previous booking details.
