Refund Policy

At AMC Mentor, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. We understand that investing in your AMC exam preparation is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our consultation services and course subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your 1:1 consultation session, we will refund the full A$49 fee. No questions asked.

Consultation Fee Credit

The A$49 consultation fee is fully credited toward any AMC Mentor course purchase within 30 days of your consultation. This means if you decide to enroll in a course within 30 days, your consultation is effectively free.

Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the consultation date.
• The consultation session must have been completed.
• Refund requests should be submitted via email to admin@amcmentor.com.au.

General Policy

All course subscriptions are digital products. Once access is granted, sales are generally considered final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.

We strongly encourage you to:

• Complete our free demo course to experience our teaching method.
• Book a 1:1 consultation to discuss your specific situation.
• Review all course details, curriculum, and expectations on our website.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of AMC Mentor, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues that prevent course access despite prompt reporting.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Circumstances beyond the student's control (documented medical emergency, etc.).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to admin@amcmentor.com.au with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
2. Include your order number or transaction ID.
3. Provide a brief explanation of your reason for the refund request.
4. Include the email address associated with your account.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
